Distribution of LINUX (Distro)

Since linux can be updated and modified freely by its user, many individuals and organizations developed Linux according to their needs. This causes different versions of Linux called Linux Distro. Basically those Distros are rooted from the same Linux developed by Linus. Some factors that differentiate the Distros are the installations system; the purpose of creating the system, the version of Kernel used in the distributions, and variations included in the distribution package.

Well, What Distribution of Linux to choose? This question is always bugging our mind when we'll make up our mind in learning Linux. Absolutely, We should pick one that suitable of our needs and the hardware we have.

They are Redhat, Mandrake, Suse, Ubuntu, Fedora, Slackware en so on. And there are some distros which are developed in Indonesia such as Bijax, Winbi, IGOS, Komura, Pacer, Kuliax, Blankon, etc.
